Typically, Business Angels provide between £10,000 and £750,000 per investment in return for shares with flexible repayment terms against profit rather than cash flow regardless of profit.  In addition to money, Business Angels often make their own skills, experience and contacts available to the company, and are particularly useful for start-ups.
