Antenova - We prepared the first business plan resulting in first round venture capital investment of over £2m. Antenova is a high performance antennas and RF antenna modules for mobile handsets, portable devices, laptop computers and other consumer electronics. Antenova's customers include Dell and Nokia. We prepared the business plan and financial forecasts, which resulted in the successful raising of early stage venture capital funding.

SDI Group - We played a leading role in the successful AIM IPO in July 2007, including IFRS implementation, and preparation of the listing document, short and long forms. SDIG designs, builds and supports automated materials handling systems for retail distribution centres. We played a key role in the company's successful IPO (initial public offering), including re-stating and reporting the accounts at UK and overseas operations in accordance with IFRS, audit readiness, due diligence and validation. SDI's customers include some of the leading retail chains in the UK and the US, such as Amazon and Gap.

Universal Sensors - As part-time CFO we prepared the financial plan and due diligence resulting in £500k VC investment and a substantial EEDA grant.

nCipher - We have prepared budgets, and new corporate and investor reporting as required following its acquisition by French company Thales during 2008.
